My Story

I grew up in a small and developing country, surrounded by people who worked hard with whatever they had. That mindset stayed with me.

When I left for Australia in 2022, it wasn’t for a break or a change of scenery. It was a decision to build a life from the ground up. I didn’t have anyone here. I didn’t have a safety net. But I had a reason to try.

I started studying marketing full-time at UTS. To pay rent, I worked part-time in restaurants and supermarkets. I was new to almost everything from the workplace culture to the weather. It was uncomfortable. Some weeks were just about surviving.

But I didn’t come this far to give up halfway.

I said yes to things that scared me like unpaid internships, networking events, and new tools I had never used before.

The more I pushed through, the more I learned. Not just about marketing, but about myself.
